Welcome to Slottsparken Motel, a heritage-listed building built in 1896 as the garden house for the park and castle next door.  We have transformed this historic building into a small motel with 8 newly renovated double rooms.

What's included/ Amenities

  • All rooms are doubles that sleep 2 people

  • Extra beds available on request and upon availability, for a cost of 250kr.

  • Every room has a private bathroom that contains complimentary soap, shampoo & conditioner

  • Sheets and towels included

  • TV in the room

  • Hairdryer

  • Iron & Ironing board

  • Free Wifi

Good to know

  • We operate on a self check-in system

  • There is no communal space or kitchen 

  • Breakfast is not included, nor available to purchase. However, a breakfast buffet is available at Hotel, Slottsvillan (100m up the road), for a discounted price of 145kr. This needs to be booked in advanced by contacting: +46 (0)36142090. 

  • This is a non-smoking hotel. If you are found to have been smoking in your room, we will charge a deep cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

CHECK-IN:

  • Your room is accessible from 15:00/3pm onwards

  • You will receive an email and text message on the day you are checking-in with a code to enter the building, along with the room number you have been allocated. When entering the code, one must always push the * (star) before and after the numbers. 

  • There is no staff in the building itself, but we are nearby and if you have any problems you can call us on: +46 (0)36 36 28 54

 

CHECK-OUT:

  • Check-out is no later than 11:00

  • Keys are to be left inside the room or in the door

  • We reserve the right to charge a 100kr fee for any check-out made after 12:00 that has not been previously agreed.

Check in/out

Unfortunately Google Maps and other GPS devices can have a hard time finding our location. Therefore, we highly recommend you follow the directions we provide on email, text and/or as outlined with photo references here on the site.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

The closest bus station is Huskvarna Stampaplan. The following buses stop there: 13,15, 35, 119. The bus timetable can be accessed on this site: http://www.jlt.se/.
